In most cases NO
One has to negotiate before paying. And with a Judgement negotiation was tried and they had to sue and you lost in a court of law.
IT would be best to just move on with new good credit. In two years, if you are stout, the judgement will not affect your score much.

Judements are also matters of law and once written it is over as far as that goes.
