I have five late payments on my record from a closed account with Bank of the West. I have sent two letters trying to get the business to have them removed and not punish me for the full seven years. The Lexington Law firm advertises their ability to get them removed.
Can you give me any direction or advise about getting the five late payments removed on this paid in full account.

Sounds to me like you have done all you can with the letters.
Might ask for a manager.
Lex law can probably do no more.
Focus on new rated credit lines.
