I am having some difficulty submitting two disputes with Experian as I have already disputed these items w/ them in the past. When I attempt to submit another dispute the website prevents me from doing so saying the items have already been verified. How do I proceed w/ another dispute? One of the items was removed several years ago and has since reappeared. Thanks again.

Use the free dispute form on my site not the website.
I will say that they frown on continued disputes of the same order.

Send in documents to support your cause and /or call the company reporting it and negotiate.
Sounds to me like the company is not supporting your cause and re submitting your bad credit.
