I have been trying to remove some false information from my credit report.
and I went through the process of asking the Company "LHR INC." to validate the debt.
It has been over 70 days and they have yet to remove the information from my credit report.
I called them today and spoke to 4 different people each of them gave me a completely different story.
One guy got pissed when I told him the call was being recorded only after he gave me VERY WRONG INFORMATION.
He told me that even though they haven't validated the debt, the information will stay on my credit report until I pay it off. I told him the call was being recorded after he said this to me, he got very angry and hung up on me.
I recorded each of the phone calls. Would I be able to use these phone calls to file a lawsuit against them?
Any information would be very helpful.
