Hi I have nine charge offs. Each are below $250.00 There are all like 3 yrs old. I can pay them all of at once...should I ????....my score is 510 I really am trying hard to fix my credit from my young dumb years

pay after negotiation with each creditor to get bad marks removed. Pay anyway if they won't.
Get new, good, reported to at least one of the three majors bureaus, lines of credit that are currently open and at least one year old.
Pay money down to reputable gas cards or visa mastercard to get started. No cap one or discover.
