Hi Bo,
I am browsing the web and came across your web-site which provided insight as to cleaning my own credit. Although I have managed to settle out of 5 accounts, but three of which remain stubbornly on my report. I am have tried to dispute by phone, but was surprised to learn that although they are old, it can be re-sold as new accounts to credit agencies as many time as they deem necessary, even though the statutory time limit expired. Pretty slick if you ask me. However, I am certain that if researched properly it will show that these three stubborn accounts were in fact 8 or even 9 years old. Any ideas or any help you can provide me in hopes to complete delete these three accounts from my report. As mentioned, I took care of paying off 5 accounts and have settlement letters indicating same, should I send these letters to the Credit Bureaus. I need everything cleared from my report less then 30 days from now.
Your truly,
Desperately seeking answers.
