Hey Bo
I have found your website very informative, for the last 3 months I have been working very hard to raise my credit score which started at a very low 524 now it is up to 554. I have paid off all my collection accounts and 2 credit card charge offs. for the last 6 months I haven't been late on any revolving or installment account. all the collections have been deleted from my credit report, although the 2 charge off credit cards shows "paid in full" they would not delete totally. I have a Truck Loan 1 yr old Harley Loan 3 years old (one 30 late pay last year(was out of the country)) credit card 500 limit which I pay off each month, and a 5000.00 signature loan which was paid off in a year. I think the thing that is really effecting my score is about 4 years ago I lost my job and couldn't make my payments and I have some 30 60 90 120 late pays. We want to purchase a home in the fall through the veterans "va" loan program and want to raise my score as quick as I can. Just looking for some things to do this quickly

Thank you for your time

keep the good stuff going and forget the rest
your score will go up by the time you are ready for a house
