i'm looking for advice. i was served by certified mail today for a 6 year old medical bill. i do not dispute it. i would like to know what options i may have on this $776.86 suit. like do i show up or not. let it go to judgement and if i did what could i expect to happen. and any other info you may have on what i can expect from all of this.
please help.

contact them prior to the court date make an offer to pay and ask to continue the court date until paid it will. It will not to be reported get a letter when paid for future record good luck
