Medical bills sent to collections. Insurance

I emailed you before and you were a great help. But now I have another big issue that i seem to not be able to get off

I send valadtion letter to West assest after 30 days of no response I send Val follow up,
I then sent dispute letter to CRA that they sent me back as verified.

I then for the 3 and forth time requested detail bills from this company because I have had and still have medical insurance that they never billed. still with no response so I called company they told me they do not send bills

PLEASE HELP there is 17 account from them on CR
