I just wanted to say thanks because your knowledge has helped me gain ground on my credit report. I have done exactly like you said with excellent results. I have successfully had 3 things removed from my credit report although I haven't seen my FICO score yet, I am very happy that they were removed. I used your forms to negotiate and it worked.Thank you very much!!-----Original Message-----

Car loans and home loans are the hardest thing to get off your report AFTER they have happened. If you catch them while they are happening, or right after, then many times the installment loan company will make a change. If you have reciepts or bank statements contradicting the entries, the creditor has to take the 30 day late marks off. it sounds like you have already tried this and it did not work. so i doubt very seriously that you will be able to get these removed. the best thing to do about this is, to get it all, date of last activity's for the past 2 years 2 years or more behind you, and keep good at least 12 months, reported credit going. If you keep good credit open, when 2 years pass the 30 day late marks will have little or no effect on your credit rating. Credit is real and sometimes it is best to learn and go on. You can dispute these items with a free dispute ,but you have already called them directly. So the chance of anything different happening is very slim on other suggestion would be to pay the loan off as quick as possible. the quicker you can start the date of last activity on that account the quicker the account will be gone off your report. As it stands your report will continue to show you were 30 days late for seven years after you pay off the account in full.

Hello Sir, Is there a way to get rid of the 30 day late payments on my credit report? I was reviewing my credit report like you said and I do not think I was as late on my car payments as the car company is saying. I even printed out my payment history with them and it is not clearly evident that I was late nor on time. Do you have any suggestions? Please Cc your response to (email), this is my home account. Thank you very much for your time and knowledge.
