Newly Divorced needs credit help.

I am a newly divorced mother and I am desperately trying to refinance my home. My credit scores are horrible: 540, 517 and 487. I simply cannot get the rate I need to refinance my home. Fortunately, my current lender placed me on hardship status and lowered my monthly payments, but I'm still having trouble. Yesterday, I came across your web page and I must say that for the first time in a year, I have hope. I thank you for offering free, upfront advice. I downloaded all of your forms, applied and received new credit lines and I feel positive about being on my way. Again thank you so much for this advice. You have gained a new fan and blog reader.
