negotiate, after bankruptcy, Chapter 7, duplicates, duplicate

Hello my name is Elena. First let me say AWESOME SITE! I have yet to come across a site with so much information and real life help...and im on the web alot! I build website and come across many websites, but anyway my reason for emailing is obviously credit related. We have been in a lease-to-purchase program for the last 8 months and we are supposed to be ready to buy the house come the 1 year mark in December of this year, however the process requirements have recently changed which require us to have the 3 open lines of credit [where as when we first signed up we just needed one] and a score of at least 620 [where as when we first signed up we only needed a 580]. Now my score has been climbing at a pretty nice pace since Jan with the following FICO scores: 548, 568, 568, 574, 588, 604, 607, until this month now its 594 [im guessing it has something to do with applying for new credit accounts as instructed to do so by the program people] but my questions are :
- how do i negotiate and "TALK BUSINESS" with creditors/collectors to remove my account from my report prior to paying? Im at a loss for the proper script i should reference, questions I should ask, the method of approach when asking etc.
- would email or fax documentation work as good as snail mail via the usps? and what should i request the documentation from the debt collector read?
- my credit report has duplicate accounts listed for experian in particular and it showing in the overall totals of total accounts and detogatory accounts and balances owed...is this hurting me too? and is so what can i do about the duplicates? would i treat them as a normal dispute?
- my public records are also showing for experian as duplicates showing I have 6 when there should only be a chapter 7 filed and discharged back in 2002, is there anything that can be done about this?
- i had a judgment that was filed in 2000 that was included in my chapter 7, should it still be showing in my report? and again multiple times as duplicates in a row?
- how would i [if i even can] show i have been self employed since 2001 on my report instead of no employer reported? We have also had to recently acquire a car loan this past week and it doesnt even show yet on the credit report so Lord only knows what that is going to do to my account but we are obviously looking to make some drastic [which i know is not ideal in the credit repair world] but some drastic actions to meet the new requirements to purchase this house by the 1 year mark for being in this program. I have recently been approved for a capital one card which after reading your article on that I will be sure to keep it at a zero balance and paying it off immediately after use if it is used at all. The problem started with our credit a few years back my husband was in and out of work and it really hit us hard but now for the last 1.5 yrs we have started another business to put us both as the self employed status and it has been going wonderfully and we are making more money now then the last 5 years of our marriage which allows us to get caught up and not fall behind again, anyhow now that i am rambling THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME! It is much appreciated.

You can't. Employer shows up when you apply for credit and state you have and employer. What you would do is say I work for xyz compnay. I own it. And a potentail lender would then show xyz as being your employer when you applied for credit with them and it will reflect on your report.

Does the auto lender report to bureas? Some do not. Takes 1 year to get a rated credit line anyway.
