Credit report says I am deceased.

Recently I went to get a loan for a new car, and apparently they are unable to access my credit score, as my report states me as being DECEASED!! I have NO idea where to even begin to fix this!! So with this report saying that I am dead, I cannot even begin to think about getting a loan for anything at all until I get this matter settled. If you have any advice at all, it would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I assume you have no credit. I would start here.
