I had a account with CA that I paid off in 06/2007. It was agreed by the CA that the account will be deleted from CR. I also recd. a signed, dated letter from CA stating "As of June xx, 2007, this account was requested to be removed from your credit report."Checked my CR today(07/17) and the acct is still there. What should be my next step? Should I dispute the account with CRA?
