Negotiate a payoff while in debt management program.

I currently have (4) four accounts enrolled in a Debt Management Program. I was wondering if it is possible to negotiate to payoff all my accounts at a discounted rate; for example, can I call a creditor and offer to pay 50 percent of the principal to payoff an account. Then, I could eliminate all my debt by paying half of my total debt.
