How do I delete a late payment from my report that is paid in full?

How would I be able to delete late payment from accounts that are already paid in full and close. Also I have a collection account from a medical bill which is already paid in full. it went to collection because I never received any bill for it since it was sent to an address I never reside at.

Negotiate and pay no matter what happened and get it as far behind you as quickly as you can.
If you already paid then you are better off because you have a paid in full account rahter than a maxed out account.
