lien notice. what do i do

I sent out validation letters. One company just sent me a copy of the lien notice from the orignal towing company. That doesn't constitute validation right? I never heard back from any of the others. I also sent out the letters on the bureau level too. Many were deleted from my credit reports. Some were not nor validated. What do I do about the one that sent me the original information? Do I negotiate with the towing company and tell them that the collection company failed to properly validate the debt?
