My attorney advised me to stop paying all debt since I was declaring Chapter 7 so I did. The lates are still reflecting on my credit which really doesn't allow it to go higher. One of the credit agencies told me that the others should not be reporting the lates, It should only state included in bankruptcy O balance. Is this correct?

i think it should state included in banktruptcy
not sure about the zero balance thing
i guess it should show that
or charged off in bk for X dollars zero balance
for sure the past bad credit entries will not come off your report totally
