I need a credit score of 680+ to keep my investment job

My credit score according to American Cred Co (mortgage credit check) is 680 EXF, 610 TU and 610 EXP.

However when I checked each bureau individually my credit score was over 700 with each one.

Without a 680 score across the board it is making my investment career impossible.
