defaulted on 9 student loans and am now in garnishment

I have a question. In the past I was very careless with my credit and now am reaping the "rewards". How do I fix these problems. My score is 613 and shows I have 18 negatives on my acct. I had defaulted on 9 student loans and am now in garnishment. The loans have been sent to Texas Guareented and I am in the process of rehabing my credit. Each loan shows up as well as the previous creditor that originally owned them as "paid collections" or "transfered to another lender". I also have charge offs from credit cards. And I have 1 collection agency on my report. I do have an instalment that is up to date as well as two credit cards that are perfect. Should I negotiate with the two credit card co. to pay and remove the item and what about the original student loan creditors. Any help will be appreciated.

i would first try to get lucky and dispute some of he old student loans and, hope maybe a few fall off.

I would validate the collection with debt validation and they do not comply call the state attorney general

appreciate your help. I am disputing some of the closed accts. due to length of time (over 8 years) and are validating 3 others due to I don't know who they are. I hope it all works and thankyou again for taking the time to return my letter.
