need 40 more fico points before i can get a home loan. Judgment

O.k. so I need 40 more points before i can get a home loan. I have a 1500.00 judgment on my credit, the loan guy said if i pay that off and have it satisfied then disput it then my points should go up the 40 i need. Is that true?

I do know that judgments are subject to the 7 year on your credit problem. So if they take the judgment off it will be a miracle.

So you agree that once you pay off a judgment and have it satisfied and then disputing it with the creditors that It WILL raise my points??? How many points do you think?

I doubt it will work but if the judgment came off it would raise your score 40 points or more.
