I've tried to contact TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian via phone

I've tried to contact TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian via phone to lift a fraud alert from my credit. I had it put there 5 years ago and no longer need it there. Can you assist me or tell me who I can talk to at live person? Thanks

Make a letter up with all your personal information.
ask for the alert to be removed, and it should be.
I have found though that in most cases alerts are removed after 2-3 years
