Hi Bo, I would just like to say thank you for you website on raising the credit score. I wrote a letter to a creditor negotiating a payment plan and it's been almost three weeks now and I have heard no response. Should go ahead and make the payments on the account the way I set it up or should I continue to wait. I left them my phone number and address but I got no response. What should I do? Thank you
