Credit help with debt paid letter

Once I have received a letter from the creditor stating the dept was paid and requesting removal, what do I do with it? The creditor was not a collection agency.

then certify mailto the 3 bureaus
use this dispute form and instructions and addresses
then check you credit report for a credit score increase
