need credit help

i have moved from a rental property because the house was a mess,
sewage( raw ) sewage was actually floating in the driveway
pips bursted in the basement destroying things i cannot replace due to water damage
i have counter sued these people and a court date was set for july they did not show up another datte was schuled and it has not arrived yet in the meanwhile,
they put eviction on my credit report which is just not so!!! all the rent was paid and in fact they owe me money how can they do this????
im very upset as i;m trying to buy a trailor is there any help you can render

usually if they do not show upa verdict is rendered in your favour

must be a big rental agency to be reporting.
or did they do something in court or at the county courthouse about eviction? The best thing I know to do is to go to the court house if so. if they just reported something that is not true
they could be in violation of the FCRA as far as proper collection procedures.one is not allowed to improperly report as a part of a collections process
I would validate and dispute the debt in writing if so.
that way you can have some paper trail for your court case. as far as getting a trailer is concerned.
right now you will have to find someone who does not check your credit i guess.

i dont know how it got there but the real estate agency has denied doing this but its too late now anyway they wont let me in the park at this point

and dispute the account with all three bureaus
it should come right off if they deny putting the account on your report.
might take 20 - 35 days but when it does you should get right in if it falls right off.
