How do i stop possible fraud. Never been at one address on credit report

I am looking for some help. I was wondering if you knew how I can update my address (which was changed by someone else accessing my information and obtaining my credit report) with the credit bureaus, without having to buy services from them. I called experion at the number your website provides and I found that I have to buy some services for them to do it over the phone. If I want to do it for free, it would be via mail and take about 30 days, in which whoever pulled my credit in the first place could already be using my credit. I want to change my info and protect myself, but I can’t unless I pay for services. Does that sound right to you?
