negotiated pay off and removal. credit didn't remove. Dispute accounts

hello again bo, I am so mad I dont know what to do or who to call I emailed you a couple of months ago I was the one who has to refinance my home I have a arm, well anyway for 6 months now I have been valadateing disputing and writing letters to clean up our credit, well since they merged my sons and my husbands they put a fraud alert on my husbands credit report. Well I have been getting all them letters from eq, trans exper. which say they have been deleted ok were doing great we are all done and apply for a home loan and they didnt take anything off my husbands eq report, I did not pull his reports online I just assumed after all I have Offical letters stating they deleted these, I was so mad FIRE was coming out my ears, this was on friday, today is a holiday. who do I call eq can they update the file I read somewhere if someone else (like a bank pulls your report and there is neg info on there thats not suppose to be there after you disputed it they are in violation. Please help me what should I do? thanks

use copies of the letters to dispute the files at the appropriate bureau
should take about a month
