Hi Bo just read your article very informational. My questionis how do i have a judgement removed from my credit report. i have paid in full over a period of time the account in question through credit counseling, but need this judgement removed from my credit file. the credit card company is mailing me a letter stating that the account is paid in full and my credit counseling company is also questioning the remova. is their anything rlse i can do to have judgement removed.

A Judgment will probably be on your report no matter what for at least 7 years and maybe 10 depening on state laws. Matters of law are the hardest to change. Electronic courhouse records do not change and court houses are not in the credit business so they are unlikely candidates for credit help.
