Raise my credit and dispute some errors on my report

I am tryimg to raise my credit score and I have already disputed some items on my report. I've now gotten my reports back from my disputes. Most of the stuff was updated as a paid collection account. How can I get this removed?

Removed only happens when one bargains or talks to creditors.
Paid Collections will be on your report for 7 years.
They affect you only for 2 years if have new and current rated credit lines.

are you able to get late payments taking off your credit score and if yes, how so?

late payments on installment loans like car home motorcycle boat are not usually taken off unless you catch them day of the late payment. I had a 5 yr 60 mos 1988 Toyota Motor Credit car loan that was 30 time over 30 days late. This report affected my terribly until 1994 2 years after the last payment on my year loan. None of thos lates were removable. But I could over come that with new rated credit. I did. I used a BP oil credit card.
