Transunion keeps asking me to give them a file # when I call

Transunion keeps asking me to give them a file # when I call. I ordered my report online and I do not see a file# anywhere. I also need this file # to dispute information.
This is very frustrating!!

I think TU has a online dipute form ..... you do not need a file # there
either...i think.....
they want the file number to market buying the report directly from them
rather than a third party TU report.....
