Unauthorized credit report inquiries

Someone has been accessing my credit report on line and viewing it without my consent. A family member--told me outright! My question: does Equifax, Experian and Trans Union keep track of how many times it sends out an individuals report and to whos mailbox it it received in? Other than my bank mortgage person who pulled my report recently which I gave verbal permission too---this invasion of privacy, if in fact this family member did pull my report, has got to stop. Help--thanks REAL PERSON


These should show up as inquiries unless they are doing it online which is unlikely in that online report require a matching credit card to go with the social and personal info.
