trying to get an address, even a phone number where someone will answer

I have tried, since May, 2008, to get any response from the collection agency ALLIANCEONE INC. I have been trying to get an address, even a phone number where someone will answer, return my call or even send a response letter, anything…to be able to pay off a collection debt that was discovered when I received a copy of my credit report(s). I discovered a phone number/address for ALLIANCEONE INC., in Vancouver, WA, at 1200 Franklin. This turned out to be the city’s Court House. We’ve tried for months to get any response, find a phone number where someone will answer or even return my call, or get a current address of where to send the pay off for a credit report debt. Can you help? I live in Longview, WA, and need a local (NW states) address and phone number for ALLIANCEONE INC.
