validation letter and have not heard from the companies at all

I have contacted you in the past in regards to my credit. I did a validation letter and have not heard from the companies at all. I am now doing my Debt Validation Follow up. Once this is done I contact the BBB, State consumer affairs, state attorney general, take them to court.
How long before I do those things and do I contact every one of them and how do I still get this off my credit report when this is all done? I have no problem paying them but I want better credit also and they are killing me with the negative parts of this.

Have you disputed these accounts also
If they do not answer. Usually you can dispute them with the bureaus and they will fall right off.

I have not disputed these yet. Do I send them all the information I have sent the companies? Also the link you sent didn't work.
