Judgment account not mine.

My credit records show that I OSI Funding LLC VS Gonzalez, Edward J. Legacy Judgment total amount $2,746.04 by this is showing in my records and it is causing me problem in buy a home. MY name is Edilberto Gonzalez so I don't know how that was put on my credit since the name is completely different from mine.

What do I do to speak to some one over the phone if the machine keep answering when I talk not much options.
