creditors when they are responsible for reporting my bankruptcy information

Quick question for you: I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy last October 2005, Bank of America is just now updating my bankruptcy records and just submitted my charge-offs to the credit reporting agencies. I was in the process of purchasing a home and now my credit score dropped 25 points because of the delay in reporting my charge-offs from Bank of America now my score is too low to qualify for a decent mortgage loan. Therefore, my question is do I have any control of the creditors when they are responsible for reporting my bankruptcy information and can The three credit bureaus change my score because the charge-offs were suppose to be discharged a year ago?

Thanks for your time.

Additionally, I would suggest contacting the attorney who did your original bankruptcy and see what he suggests as well.
