Hi, my name is Amelia, i'm 25 and as of yesterday i received the worst news in my life. i have been battleling with my son's grandmother about a town house i took over for her and i didn't know how bad her credit was. come to find out in the past three years she has not paid the cond fees woth 10,000 and wrote bads checks to countrywide mortgage many times and didn't pay them a few months. i have now made the mistake of putting her on the loan because my credit score went from 800 to 595 the owest score. what do you think i still the option to do.
Now if you look at my bills and the four mortagages i had in the past where lived at all and everything was paid off ahead of time or many weeks before theh bills are due. do you think the creditors will take that in consideration?
please help. i have no idea what to do. i still have to get that townhouse out of name even tough her name is also on there.

There is not much you can do to change names at this point
sounds to me like i would find a rental
call countrywide and say i default on my part
and get it done now so 7 years will pass sooner

Don't trust someone else to pay your bills even if you pay them
AND
make sure if you do copies of statements come to your address
