*I negotiate with past creditors before I make my payment to clear past bad credit.
*I always keep at least 3 active open lines of credit with at least 12 months on time payments.
*I keep my "debt to high credit alowed limits" to less than 80% and try for 30% on all my open and active lines of credit.
