Credit Help: Why do I have no beacon credit score?

I just tried to finance a vehicle, and the bank said that I have no Beacon score (I believe it returned as “no score available”). I thought it was a fluke and went to my credit union an they said it came back the same way. They all said that they had never seen this before. Have you ever run across this? What can I do about it?
----------------
no beacon score is VERY COMMON
most of the time a person is only 18-20 years old and never borrowed money.
all other no scores come from not using credit in the past 2 years
either way it will show no score

Hi Bo my lowest score is a 529, I figure if I work on bring up the lowest one

Quoting REAL PERSON

> Hi Bo my lowest score is a 529, I figure if I work on bring up the lowest one, the other 2 will be raised simultaneously. Most of the accounts in question are listed with all 3 agencies. My problem is collection accounts and credit card charge off. How do I determine which accounts to pay off first and therefore will raise my credit score the most. Listed are the accounts in question. Please advice in what order I should settle these accounts and if possible how many points I can expect my score to be raised by paying off the account.
Collection account- opened Oct. 2005 balance $302.00
Collection account- opened Aug 2005 balance $1137.00- this account reappeared on my credit report after removed (old credit card)
Collection account-opened Dec 2003 balance $430.00
Collection account- opened Feb 2005 balance $628.00
Returned check-opened 5/2000 balance $102.00(past due $127.00) identity theft. This account is also listed on another line as lost or stolen with zero bal.
Installment account (loan) opened Jan 2005 balance $360.00(past due$384)
Credit Card account- opened Dec 2004 balance $419.00
Credit Card account- opened Dec 2004 charged off balance $0.00
Collection account-opened Aug 2004 balance $34.00

Credit Card account- opened April 2004 balance $509.00

----------------
dispute the 2001 and older stuuf first
only dispute 4 at a time

negotiate with the other collections to have them removed totally if you pay
in full + fees

if they will not paying will not help your score much

Would it be in my best interest to accept all these cards?

Hello there, I don't know if you remember me but we had a few correspondences a few weeks back. My credit score turned out to be 670 and you recommended that I establish a bit more credit since all I had on my record was Student Loan, Capital One Card and a Dell Computer Account. Well, low and behold I got accepted to quit a few cards. (Walmart, Target, Chevron, Master Card and Zales) Which leads me to my question, if you don't mind my asking. Would it be in my best interest to accept all these cards? Spend a few bucks on them, pay it off right away and then put the card away? Would this hurt or help my cause of upping my credit score? Since I need more credit experience on my record, should I get as much as I can or just a few more??
-----------------------
the best thing to do would be keep the master card and chevron card.
I would loose the others.
then I would charge stuf on those cards and pay them off the next month and
the gas car pay extra each month to you have a higher credit limti in 12
months. you must keep the card open for at least 12 months to have a rated trade line to get more good credit

How do I get this information added to my credit report

I read your online article and I have a question for you. Below is the information you asked me to forward to you.

-My Mortgage Company
-They've had the account for 26 months
-26 payments made on time
-All of my credit scores are 475

I tried to refinance my mortgage 8 months ago and I noticed that it was not being reflected on any of my credit reports (Trans Union, Experian and Equifax). I filed online disputes with all of them and they said it was my mortgage company's responsibility to forward them my payment history. I followed up with my morgage company and they sent me a letter saying I was current and forwarded me a copy of my payment history. I sent this information to all of the Bureaus and they said the information was not being reflected on my credit reports. I escalated to my mortgage company and they confirmed my name, social security number and address. More importantly, they said they send this information electronically every month to all of the bureaus. How do I get this information added to my credit report with Trans Union, Equifax and Experian when my mortgage company is providing them with the approporiate information and it's not showing up on my credit reports and is not being reflected in my credit score?
--------------------
Im not sure. I do know that a 475 reflects some serious credit issues other than the mortgage compny reporting deal. 475 is about as low as it gets without being dead.
If the compnay reported; it may raise your score but probably not up to an
acceptable level for LOW rate refi's
I would venture a guess that
1. your name and social are not on the account like maybe the account is in your parents name or something
2. the company is not reporting as they say. We need some more investigation as to why the report does not reflect payments made if a company says they report.
3. the social number is incorrect

Suggestions:
Call the bureaus and ask how this info can be manually reported and how much it will cost. Call the mortgage compnay and find out more information. Something is missing
on this question. I do not know what it is.
