I corrected mistakes but my credit score remained the same

I recently (3 months ago) got a mortgage. My score was about 620 at the time & I had 2 incorrect issues on my credit report. I have since taken care of both (charge off/tax lien). I went to get my free report today from annualcreditreport.com, and while the information was now correct, my credit score remained the same. Any suggestions?

Reduce balances to below 80% of high credit
Make timely payments for 2 solid years
