I am marked as dead on credit bureaus dat banks. What do I do?

I have read a lot of your material and found it useful. I am dead according to some obscure entry somewhere! I had a motivated lady from a mortgage company assisting me and we traced it to JC Penney. We finally contacted JC Penney and had them send a letter to the "Big 3" (credit reporting agencies). I still have some agency reporting me as deceased, and therefore can't get a Beacon Score and am unsure what to do now. Any ideas?

go to the social secutrity office and get a card
get a drivers license
get a phone bill
and insurance card
and mail them to all three agencies

then I get some credit somewhere that reports to bureaus or I don;t get the loan from them. Period
