Unable to contact a creditor to pay them

Dear Sir, I have a derogatory account from nextcard and I believe the company has been bought out. I am trying to contact them to see if I can setup a payment plan in order to pay the bill but I cannot seem to get in contact with anybody. What do you think I should do?

Dispute it
It will be removed or you will be able to at least contact them with the numbers provided from your dispute request. Expect about 14-40 days for your answer.
